By far the worst Sonic I’ve ever eaten. The tots were cold and hard as a rock. The smash burger I got was also hard and cold. They tried to cover up the jerky style hamburger with so much sauce the bun was soggy. Even the soda taste like it had zero syrup in it. The girl who took my order had to be told three times that I wanted a thing of ranch. This was the evening of October 22 2025 at 7:30 pm just incase you’d like to train them to their jobs

On average I wait in the drive through for 7-10 mins. Which is fine but once I get my food it's always cold. Today my sandwich was so soggy my bun was mush.the burger meat and tots were cold. Not a place I would recommend, if I wasn't working I would have turn back to get a refund.

I just left sonic, got home in lawrence and realized that when I ordered a medium motz stick, and a small cheddar pepper.. they gave me a small motz stick and a medium cheddar bite. COMPLETE wrong order. still mad about it. the workers need to double check before giving their customers their food that it’s the right order!!!!!!
