Food options are getting more competitive as there’s more new places coming to town. There’s two reasons why we select a place to eat, 1- quality and 2- service. Unfortunately this Wendy’s location the service is bad. Front associate acts like your getting free food and service sucks. By looking at him he’s probably getting the free food.

I had an incredible experience at Wendy’s tonight, and it was all thanks to Melanie, who was working the drive-through. Let me just say—she’s an absolute All-Star. From the moment she greeted me through the intercom, her energy was contagious. It’s not every day you hear a cheerful, welcoming voice that genuinely makes you feel valued as a customer. Melanie went above and beyond to make my visit special, and it’s clear she takes a lot of pride in her work.

When I pulled up to the window, she greeted me with a smile that could brighten anyone’s evening. It wasn’t just her friendliness that stood out, though—it was her attention to detail. She double-checked my order to make sure everything was correct and even offered suggestions for sauces that I might enjoy with my meal (and her recommendation was spot-on). It was a small gesture, but it showed how much she cared about ensuring I had a great experience.

What impressed me most was Melanie’s ability to keep things running smoothly even during the busy dinner rush. You could tell it was a hectic time, but she handled it with such grace and professionalism. She maintained a positive attitude, kept the line moving quickly, and made sure every customer left with a smile. That’s no easy feat in a fast-paced environment, but Melanie made it look effortless.

Honestly, I can’t remember the last time I had such a great interaction at a fast-food drive-through. Wendy’s is lucky to have someone like Melanie on their team. She embodies what great customer service should look like—friendly, efficient, and genuinely invested in making people’s day better. I left the drive-through not just with a delicious meal but also in a better mood, all thanks to her.

Melanie deserves all the recognition for her hard work and incredible attitude. I hope her managers know what a gem they have in her. Every time I order from Wendy’s they make me wait for about 20 minutes or more, but today they pissed me off. I ordered a delivery order because I’m busy working from home I submitted my order at 3:42pm I took them more than 1 hour to deliver, and let me say it was Wendy’s fault! A dordasher got there around 4:15 to pick up my order and had to leave because it wasn’t ready.

Fries were barely warm and were cooked a while ago. Burger was tasty enough but the 1 onion, 1 tomato and 1 piece of lettuce just felt stingy and sad. Especially for the price. Am I the only one that likes more lettus and toppings on their burger? But the worst part is knowing the workers aren't paid a living wage and the fatique on their faces showed. Blame management and their soulless owners not the workers. The building design is modern and refreshing to see but I can't recommend this corporate establishment. I hope they unionize.

This has to be one of the nicest cleanest Wendy's establishments I've ever been in. The food was spot-on, bathrooms were clean, people look great and smiling. I would attend this Wendy's often. Not to mention they make sure that you do not park in a fire lane

Seems like all other fast food cant even get online orders correct. Think yall need to make sure all employees can read and understand simple things which this wendys is lacking

I just had my coworker go to this Wendy's and get my lunch. I'm so disappointed in this Wendy's. Nothing was fresh. I bought a bacon double stack biggie bag and the fries tasted like they got dropped 20min ago and the nuggets need to be thrown away. They know your supposed to throw them out after the timer goes off but it's obvious they don't know that. Also the fries are to be put on timer and tossed after 8 minutes. They are obviously super lazy and don't care about their taste scores. Yall need to do better

The coffee is burnt and they must have just used milk and not creamer because the color made no difference to the taste. I came to get breakfast because my kitchen is under construction. $6 for burnt coffee and cold biscuits. Yay

Disappointed again! Decided to try again and it was after 2PM - so expect burgers and fries that have been sitting under the heat lamp since lunch! Will never eat here again!!!!! Wendy’s brings a new meaning to “Made Fresh” …. What a joke!!!
