It’s a great place with great workers, they do everything to the best of their ability. The only thing for me is that I prefer my chai tea to be heavy on the spice where their chai latte is much more milk heavy. And most of the barista’s struggle to get it to be more of a spiced chai.
But they still do an excellent job

I am not from Eudora - I live in Wichita.. but I visit quite frequently. Every time I’m in town I make a point to stop at Zebs. Every food item I have tried has been so delicious – much more than you expect from a coffee shop. Their espresso is smooth and they offer so many great flavors and options my favorite being the seasonal vanilla fig chai latte. I love this coffee shop. In fact, it might be one of my favorite coffee shops of all time. I am so glad that they extended their hours. Definitely Eudoras special hidden gem.

A recent diagnosis meant I had to have several dietary restrictions. I often meet friends at Zeb's and was concerned that there might not be any menu choices for me. I was pleasantly surprised by the choices and had a nice breakfast with friends. Thank you Zeb's!!

I may have a new favorite coffee place! 1st time here and I was blown away by the service, coffee, tea, and baked goods! I tried a black currant tea and the flavors are amazing. Tried a single origin pour over (hafi) and it was the best tasting coffee I've ever had. Tasted perfect on its own black with no sugar or creamer. Then I tried it with some creamer anyway to see how well it worked and it still held all the notes/flavors! Absolutely divine. Then I tried a chocolate peanut butter goodness bar and an apple cider donut. Both were fantastic with the goodness bar winning me over in flavor and texture. If I had one tiny complaint, I'm not sure one apple cider donut should be 4 bucks. But it was delicious just the same. The atmosphere is cozy and sophisticated at the same time. I absolutely loved this place and will be back!

I tried a fall flavor, the Chia Fig Latte, I added a shot to it. It was very good and great for the season. They offer cups for donning in and cups for carry out. I love having a real cup for sitting at the shop, so that's a plus for me. The atmosphere is great and the staff is friendly. They have a few items for sale in the cafe, like tshirts, mugs, notebooks, and stickers. I wish I lived in Eudora so I could go more often.

Unbelievably good. I tried it on a whim while I was travelling through the area, and I'm so sad I don't live nearby. If I lived close, I'd go here every day. Hands down the best cinnamon roll and some of the very best coffee I've had in my whole life. It's also a charming and beautiful little shop with great service.
Honestly, it's worth a pretty significant detour to stop here. Absolutely worth the drive from Kansas City.

ZEBs was a great experience! The staff was friendly and helpful and the shop itself had a great vibe with an open and bright layout and lots of seating. The coffee was also fantastic- I’d recommend a half sweet Snickerdoodle latte!

Really nice baristas! Really cute vibe. Could use an extra sofa/armchair. Espresso drinks can be on the slightly bitter acidic side or overly sweetened depending on which barista is making it. Apple turnover has really good flavor, but the apples inside were thinner and fewer today. When they make it with chunkier apple slices, it's excellent! Parking is somewhat limited, but it's a small town so I can usually get a spot close to shop.

My favorite part is that the baristas are so kind and personable (in addition to excellently-crafted coffee). The atmosphere is friendly and the shop has so many different places to sit and work, it's really a little treasure in the heart of downtown Eudora.
