ordered my food online and it said would be done at 12:48. waited for another 15 minutes to receive food and by that time my food was absolutely cold. instead of getting my food out, the car hop was messing around with 2 stall monitors.
The attitude around this Sonic is less than pleasant. On multiple occasions I have received lemon in my water that disintegrated in between my fingers and drinks/blasts with dripping liquid down the sides of the cup. And today I go to buy shakes and not only is there ice cream running down the side, there’s a hole in one cup, a dollop of whipped cream, and two of the shakes were severely under-filled.

Ugghhh….small town and Sonic is the only fast food chain in town. That being said, we usually go here because there are very few options in town. Today was horrible. I live 5 blocks away and was gone for an hour picking up food. App was down so I did the drive through. The total was $9 more than the app showed.
