Like most of the food chains on base they are mismanaged versions and always out of half of the menu. Very often they have no bread or the milkshakes machine is down and pretty major deficiencies and out of stocks. Buns always cold and cheese not melted as their equipment sucks. Profits are good as they can afford a store remodel, but they cannot seem to run and properly order or keep in stock the actual product and equipment needed. It is unfortunate. Been here four years and nearly half of the encounters with this place they have an excuse as to why you cannot have it your way. The employees are nice and not their fault, but place is run very poorly ir the chain cannot seem to get them what they need to carry the name. PX should get rid of this one for a food business on base that can function and serve what they advertise.

I went through the drive through during breakfast hours and was refused an order of an original chicken sandwich. I understand it is breakfast hours but the original chicken sandwich is on the all day portion of the breakfast menu.

The food was rushed and sloppy, even after I waited 25 min inside. I ordered a bacon king and got this. I’m sure my kids can make a better burger than this. 10/30/24 at around 1700

Unfortunately, it seems there is not enough staff to serve the drive threw line on a Friday evening. This BK is notoriously known for long waits. I asked for a whopper junior no sauce, just ketchup and ended up with a spicy chicken sandwich. The customer doors were locked and my husband had to walk to the drive threw window to get their attention. They replaced it with a Whopper which was better then nothing, but not my original order. This is a military base. Can't we do better than this?

Food was burnt. Tea was so old I almost threw up. There was literally 2 pieces of ice in the tea. I understand it’s fast food but Jesus Christ. Absolutely despicable. Avoid coming here.
