“So this place cooks/makes the food in front of you. So do not expect it to be super fast especially in lunch rush. The staff is super sweet but either forgetful or neglectful. Contradicting, I know. But 3 times an order has been messed up, add jalapeños? None added, no tomatoes or lettuce had extra, bone in wings? Got boneless and not the flavor I asked for or my ranch. But when it is done right it is soooo good! It is had to stay mad at the staff because they are so nice. Just check your meal before walking away.”

I’ve always had great customer service, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I visit the store at least once a week to get the kids some treats and myself some coffee. “I could not get over the fact that this is a bistro and coffee shop and I tried a blend of herbal tea that cleansed me. It was recommended by one of the crew members and I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is in a mood for quality food excellent customer service and great accurate, attentive service also excellent food and drink portions for the price.”

“The Arby’s in Junction City, KS had someone from Topeka working there named April. She had come in to help them out. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got my food fresh, even though DoorDash completely screwed up everything. The Dasher said that my order wasn’t ready so he went out to do other things so my food sat there for God only knows how long and I wouldn’t have known had I not called to add something over the phone and April answered. She informed me that they in fact, had my food ready for going on 45 minutes (mind you I had a shake in this order). She assured me that she would do all she could to make sure that my shake was fresh and that I at minimum had fresh bread for my sandwich. In the end DoorDash canceled my order and refunded me at which time I had to reorder the order. April was kind and attentive and efficient, and she listened to my complaints without any irritation, which could be difficult considering how much I like to talk.”
