All their doughnuts are shipped in from the Manhattan site.
Apparently the store was completely out of any sugar free options. I find that hard to believe. They didn't even tell me till after I ordered and paid. This was my first time at this location and it'll be my last.
Love standing in line waiting for a donut because they can't update their systems correctly with the stock, and being blatantly ignored while they wipe a damn counter. Not even busy to boot! Disappointment for the prices they charge

Dunkin' is a welcoming establishment with friendly and helpful staff. The employees, including the shift manager, are professional and polite, providing excellent customer service. The store is always clean and well-maintained. The breakfast and coffee are excellent, making it a great spot for a morning pick-me-up. Customers can quickly grab two coffees on a Sunday morning by ordering at the kiosk with no issues, and staff are attentive and friendly. However, there are occasional longer wait times, and orders can sometimes be messed up, such as missing bacon on avocado toast. Despite these inconsistencies, it remains a standard coffee chain where customers often experience long lines and may be asked to repeat their order. Overall, it is a decent place to visit for a quick coffee or breakfast.
