The store team was short staff and the cashier system recently changed. The store manager whose name I can’t remember took charge and thought outside of the box and successfully took my order. Christian was professional and kind also.
This place is always busy and hustling. Maybe I’m just reasonable with my expectations on how long this type of food takes and how busy this place always is, but the food is good and the service is good! They truly do not get enough credit for having longer/later hours than every other food place on post and juggling in person and non-stop door dash orders I see when we’re there. Buffalo Wild Wings GO is a busy, always hustling spot that stays open longer than most places. It handles many in‑person and door dash orders. A board shows how busy it is and how many orders are ahead. Customers say the wait is normal for to‑go orders. The food is good, hot and fresh. Wings are hot, well seasoned, and come with plenty of sauce. Some people say the wings are warmer than the ones in Manhattan. The service is friendly and fast. Employees greet people at the front. The area is clean and maintained. The restaurant is new, so wait times are a little long, but many expect it to get better. It opened up on FRKS. Some customers had trouble with order errors: wrong or missing items, and one had to give a random phone number to place an order. Those problems caused frustration and some said the place is worthless and a hard pass. Others were impressed with the late order still warm and the good taste.
