Very slow staff, only one person cooking and taking orders and when it’s more than one staff, customer service is very poor. They don’t care about customer, no curtesy, rude in tone and I’d say very disrespectful

So this place cooks/makes the food in front of you. So do not expect it to be super fast especially in lunch rush. The staff is super sweet but either forgetful or neglectful. Contradicting, I know. But 3 times an order has been messed up, add jalapeños? None added, no tomatoes or lettuce had extra, bone in wings? Got boneless and not the flavor I asked for or my ranch. But when it is done right it is soooo good! It is had to stay mad at the staff because they are so nice. Just check your meal before walking away.

The people behind the counter don't get your order right and don't know their own menu. They don't ask what additional toppings you want on sandwiches, you have to demand them. This all when there is no line and no need to rush.

We wanted to get a quick simple thing to eat ( Ultimate Fries) they cooked the food for the others behind us before working on ours took over 20 minutes to put cheese and bacon on fries!

Cheesesteak with no steak….and no cheese! The unfriendly staff let us know that they were out of both. I get restaurants run out of certain things but you can’t run out of your main product and still stay open. Not a good look when you’re one of only 2 places to eat at the PX. You guys need to do better

Cheesesteaks, like most things, are in the eye of the beholder. Having tried a number of cheesesteaks in Philly, Florida, and elsewhere I am still no expert, but I found this one to be a very solid "Good". I don't know what they could have added or taken away to get it up to "Very good", but I will buy one again next time I'm out there.

There was hardly anyone in line and 3 people working and it still took forever to get my food. You could also tell the people that work there are not motivated and seem disgruntled. Place needs better energy, never going back there.

It took 30 mins to order and receive. After the grill guy cooked sandwiches ordered after our. Looked like there were three clowns trying to run a restaurant. Terrible customer service as they thought it was funny that there was a 20 minute wait at 5:45. So far behind they didn’t take orders after 5:45. Horrible showing! Hope they hear about this review!

Staff was helpful and friendly. Service was great! Don't go there around noon as you may wait in line for about half hour. The food must be really good that's why.

I ordered food for me and my husband. We ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich with fries. I am 11 weeks pregnant, me and my husband suffered food poisoning. We were up in the bathroom for hours throwing up and on the toilet.
