We haven't eaten out in forever and my husband really wanted Charleys. Services was great but the food not so much so excited for it only to be extremely disappointed. We got 2 Phillies and loaded fries. The sandwiches had NO flavor what's so ever and one of the breads was soggy. So not what we are used to from here. The loaded fries were pretty much salt because that's all you could taste especially after you got down to the bottom without any toppings even with toppings the salt over powered.

Order an ultimate fries was given a kid's portion of the fries, sandwich only had half the tomatoes and no pickles was given. Even though I told the worker that I wanted everything on.

The ABSOLUTE worst service ive ever had anywhere. At one point both of the females behind the counter just left. Disappeared and left several customers standing there. The employees were nice enough but it hard to believe it takes 30 minutes to cook some thin sheets of meat on a grill. A legit 30 minutes; myself and other customers had to stand there and watch these employees figure out how to cook more than one sandwich meat on a grill. Baffling. Will not be coming here again to waste my time and money on a mediocre sandwich.
The food is hot and made fresh for you right there. Sometimes it can take a while (especially during lunch rush) but in my opinion worth it for some of their subs. I am not a fine of the loaded fries through. I barely ate any of mine. I may try their regular fries in the future or just with cheese added.

Cheesesteaks, like most things, are in the eye of the beholder. Having tried a number of cheesesteaks in Philly, Florida, and elsewhere I am still no expert, but I found this one to be a very solid "Good". I don't know what they could have added or taken away to get it up to "Very good", but I will buy one again next time I'm out there.
