No reason someone should be sitting in the drive thru line for 30 mins. Mangers should know by now that morning hours are the busiest and address it accordingly. Poor service overall

How is it that I ordered 2 iced lattes with flavored sweeteners and sugar and got 2 drinks that taste like straight milk? On top of that i waited 30 minutes for it.

Probably the slowest Dunkin’s in the history or Dukin, ordered donuts had to wait over 45 minutes for a half dozen donuts

Terrible experience. I went through drive thru and had only 4 cars in front of me. I was asked to wait before I could order and then I was told the 1st window and no one was there. I waited 20 minutes with only 1 ahead of me (who only got donuts and a drink), while the person in front was getting their order I saw my drink (small iced latte) be handed to the customer in front of me and then back through the window to the worker (Because it was my drink and not the customers medium drink).
Got my drink (100% the one that was handed back and front through the window) and it the worst coffee I've gotten from Dunkin, the espresso taste burnt and there is too much ice for my order being light ice. Tried to do the survey on the bottom but apparently the survey number doesn't work, then I manually entered the time and store number to find out that my order number isn't valid. So I can't even do the survey or get the free donut for doing a survey.
Needless to say I'm never going back here. Not after waiting 20+ minutes in drive thru for one drink that taste disgusting and was miss handed (do the food safety regulations you are not supposed to bring any food back in nor are you supposed to give it to the proper customer after other customers has touched it)

Ordered 1 Iced, 1 Hot. Got 2 hot.
Ordered one with skim. Apparently they no longer carry skim.
Ordered sugar free vanilla, got 0 vanilla, but got charged for it. It's even on the label. This is the second time in a row they left out the vanilla.
I guess I need to do Starbucks.

Came and picked up my mobile order but still waited for another 10 minutes even though I ordered 10 minutes ago.
Stayed in the store for 10 minutes and they really need a better ventilation system.

Line was long, waited about 15-20 mins until I was at the speaker, Ordered a bagel with cream cheese spread and when I got my bagel there wasn’t anything on it, they just gave me a plain dry bagel. How can you confirm the order and still get it wrong?

Made an order online and when I went to pick it up the store wasn’t even open
Not busy inside but the drive thru was keeping them rocking! The donuts were super fresh. The staff was nice.

Please get these workers some HELP or a training on multi-tasking. Nobody at the drive thru window yet a line of 6 cars sitting at the speaker for 20 minutes.

When I went into the store I was greeted right away. If you are going to Dunkin' you will be on Fort Riley, so keep that mind, and know that you will need a Milatary ID to go there. All of the ice-cream and donuts were displayed nicely. The store was very clean and tidy. All and all the atmosphere and service was fantastic and I will be going back there again soon.

Floors were sticky and gross, tables not clean, flies everywhere. The drink came out in about 5 minutes but we ordered a wrap and 6 doughnuts and they took more then 30 minutes for the food only for them to say they hadn’t even started the order. Almost all the workers were working on the drive through and not giving any attention to the front of house orders. They threw away the ticket for our order and refused to print out another one to make sure they had filled the order properly. Had pretty much the same experience every time I come to this building. Avoid it if you have time. And to top it off they even got our order wrong. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

Quick in and out for two coffees on a Sunday morning. We ordered at the kiosk and there were no issues and the staff was friendly and attentive. We did note that pick up are kept behind the counter "due to theft". What kind of hoodlums are at Fort Riley?
