I’m not one to usually put a bad review but this takes the cake. I ordered literally two pieces of chicken and two sides and it took 45 minutes. They were so unorganized numbers ahead of me would be called. There was a family waiting longer than me for their chicken.. I realize this is Supposed to be fast food, but the way the workers were working it seemed like they were on their Sunday stroll. No sense of urgency and they had tickets everywhere. I truly felt sorry for the two ladies that were doing DoorDash. I’m sure they got bad reviews from their customer for the extended wait.

The business isn't open yet, still being built.
If I could give less stars i would, I placed an order online and they left out 2 things from my bag, which i did not realize until I got home because the bag could not be opened due to how tightly it was tied, not to mention if you go less than 2 hrs before closing they dump out all the sweet tea, which is really the only reason I go here to begin with. Completely and totally incompetent employees that don't even know how to redeem a reward. Instead, they'll expect you to still pay after your 300+ points have already been taken. Absolutely awful all around!

We love Popeyes, but this visit they only had 2 people working right at the dinner hour. I felt bad for them. The food was still very good. The building is in need of some TLC. I was afraid to use the ladies' room because the door knob was not fully attached to the door.
