The lady was very disrespectful and ignored us

I was trying to order calling for the black hair, kinda thick women. She acted like she didn't hear me. She had hair over her ears so I assumed under that hair was a pair of ear buds. So I called out to her a couple times, she ignored me. Instead of saying one moment please. I wasn't expecting for the employee to straight out ignore me, I laughed then left without ordering, she was very rude and needs to learn costumer service or get a job out of it. 😒

The only employee that was there, was using foul language over the phone and there were kids at the table. It was not busy at all. She finished one order in front of me and I was next. She informed me to wait a couple of minutes while she went into the back room. 5 minutes later, she said that our system is down.
Poor service and very rude I went in today asked for a vanilla bean frap and the lady cut me off mid sentence and was so rude and she is very lucky I had my daughter and husband with me today otherwise I wouldn’t have been so calm enough to walk away

The two ladies that were working there this morning were incredibly patient! Their system is facing a world wide outage and they were scrambling to get customer service to help them out while also trying to deal with anxious customers, they handled it very well! Anyone who says otherwise is too dramatic. That outage is out of their control. The drinks were amazing too!

I’m giving a 5 star for the EMPLOYEES! The staff is amazing, fast, helpful and kind. They always make sure the drinks are out fast and correct. They have no issue fixing any mistakes on theirs or the customers. MY BIG PROBLEM is that they moved all the straws and stirrirs behind the counter. This is a military post. We need to get in and out fast and nothing makes me more irritated then having to stop them working on someone’s order so they can get me a straw, especially when I’m in a hurry. PUT THEM BACK. Are you all insane??

The two ladies working were so rude! I asked for the drink on the special menu out in front of the cash register and she stated, "I don't know what it that, you need to read it to me." Her attitude was terrible and she acted like I was such an inconvenience to her. If you don't like your job, go get a new one!!!!

Constantly have things on their app they do not have in store. Then you order and pay on the app and have to get something else when you’re there. Never put cold foam on my drinks. Picture example. Ordered a cold brew pistachio with cold foam and Carmel. Gave my husband a pistachio iced coffee with Carmel no cold foam
Very friendly staff and drinks are superb. Reason for low stars is because I arrived sat and stood there waiting for ten minutes and no one came up. The store sign says they are open but online here it says they are not.

Been here 3 times and the drinks never taste right, I always order two Fraps and I've tried 3 different ones hoping that this one will be better. Ordered the cookie crumble today and it was horrible...I'm not going back to this one and spending $13 for drinks I can't even finish. The one at the main PX is better.
Normal starbucks with amazing baristas! They were friendly, kind, and super fast making drinks! Love the military themed decorations at this location and so happy to have coffee "on the hill".

Katie and Jocelyne go above and beyond any other Starbucks employee that I have encountered and I have visited many Starbucks. They take and make the order correct 100% of the time. They keep the area clean and are very polite to everyone. They ask how my son is even if he is not with me.From a 5yr old: This is the BEST Starbucks EVER and those ladies are so kind to me and make my order correct :)
Polite, upbeat, able to recommend a new delicious beverage I tried! Explained items in detail, knowledgeable, and checked to ensure they had the food item (egg bites)prior to completing the order(therefore not disappointed or wasting time). Very pleased! Thank you for great drive through service!
