I had a very disappointing meal the last time I visited this location but the corporate office reached out and offered to make it right. This visit I had an excellent Arby's Roast Beef meal and am very pleased how they handled my last experience.

I'm not very hard to please when it comes to food service, but I stood at the counter in the very front of the line for 10 minutes without a single word from the people right behind the counter, the employees had a crappy attitude as well. People behind me in line just left. Gave me a bad impression of Arby's as an entire brand.

Cooper George (hope i spelled that right) is amazing, goes above and beyond and we don't get in to fort scott often but I'll come back just for the great food and outstanding service.
Curly fries were cold and had a hair in them. Long wait in drive-thru. Special order was missing the red ranch.

I need to go to Arby’s in FS more often! This review is more about how nice the crew is there. I always get very good service, but tonight was just the best!! There was a young lady, kinda reddish hair, working the window who was the nicest & friendliest person ever! She also provided great service & you could tell she was happy to be there. Kudos to her! Too often I’ve had ppl in the drive thru not say one word to me, so it was nice that she took the time to say some really nice things to me.
