I had a very disappointing meal the last time I visited this location but the corporate office reached out and offered to make it right. This visit I had an excellent Arby's Roast Beef meal and am very pleased how they handled my last experience.
Cooper George (hope i spelled that right) is amazing, goes above and beyond and we don't get in to fort scott often but I'll come back just for the great food and outstanding service.
I need to go to Arby’s in FS more often! This review is more about how nice the crew is there. I always get very good service, but tonight was just the best!! There was a young lady, kinda reddish hair, working the window who was the nicest & friendliest person ever! She also provided great service & you could tell she was happy to be there. Kudos to her!
