We’ve been here several times since we moved to Missouri. I love this place. Their food is always a hit and you can’t find a better group of people running the place.
I had oysters on the half shell for an appetizer followed by my dinner which was crab cakes, mashed potatoes, and zucchini which was fantastic. My Bride had a dinner salad and lasagna which she said was also very good.

My hubby and I had the best date night and ate seriously the best food we’ve had in a LONG time!!! I’m sad we haven’t visited this incredible place sooner, but I’m so glad we know about it now! It’s so refreshing to eat at a local, hometown restaurant with REAL food made with care and professionalism, and meet staff and owners you can call new friends by the end of the night!!❤️❤️ Can’t say enough good things about Crooner’s!! And we can’t wait to dig into our leftover cake for breakfast!! ❤️
My brother and his wife had their wedding reception here last weekend and it was simply amazing! Beautiful place Great atmosphere. Wonderful staff. Food couldn’t have been any better. They made it exactly how they wanted it. Jared & Rob went above and beyond to help with everything. They always made their wedding cake. Best I’ve ever had! 10 plus stars! Thank you so very much Crooners for making the day so special.

We have been here twice as a family.
Very delicious, very friendly down to earth wait staff.
You do have to make a reservation for a table, but it's worth it.
Make the reservation and have a great time.
Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly.

I ordered the duck breast medium well, it was completely not edible. It was hard as a rock. There was no crispy skin on it as described. The size of the duck breast came in 5 small pieces of one inch cuts. The duck is larger than a chicken but the breast served was half the size. The husband ordered the ribeye medium rare at market price, he said it was a very tough tasting cut. If we were not starving at that point, we would have not tried to eat at all. The quality for either cut of the meat was very low. The duck definitely should not be on the menu if it cannot be served edible at a well done temperature. The Peking duck is made well done, but is juicy throughout. Prices charged should be commensurate with quality and portions.
We got the sweetest server though.

We are from the Kansas City area but have family in Fort Scott. We try to eat here whenever we are in town as the food is always good. Unfortunately it is difficult to know when the restaurant will be open. They give no notice of which days they will be closed which forces us to go else where for food which is disappointing.

We had the pleasure of dining at Crooner’s restaurant while we were in town for the weekend. We were welcomed like family and treated the same way throughout our meal. Every item we ordered was of the highest quality and so delicious. The spinach artichoke dip was the best I have ever had, as was the soup. The meal was so good that I was sorry when our dinner was over. If you are traveling in the vicinity of Fort Scott you should make it a priority to dine at Crooners!

This is a very cute place, repurposed from an old movie theater. They have friendly servers, quick assistance, drinks with general use of alcohol, and the food is so good too!! This is a great place for a date and my boyfriend and I had a good time here! The picture is seafood ravioli that I ordered, and it’s cheesy and creamy.

Sh was good, but I got a dog instead of crab because they thought I was Chinese.
