The worker was disgusting! She had a straw hanging out of her mouth touching everyone’s food, drinks, cards, etc. The workers didn’t know what they were doing and almost forgot to have us pay.

This complaint is about the restroom and if you don't want to be grossed out, stop reading! The women's bathroom stall had an absolutely disgusting toilet. I know sometimes customers will leave a toilet a mess and not let staff know so it can be cleaned. This toilet had obviously been neglected for a long time. I could tell by the dirty streaks left by the toilet running. But the seat had blood, pee, and poop on it! I brought it to the cashier's attention. I tried to be matter of fact and not sound bitchy. She didn't even make eye contact with me. I asked her to please let the manager know that it's not being cleaned regularly. She said she could clean it, which is not what I was expecting. I was just going to wait to get to our destination. I went back in after she came out. She had cleaned the seat but there was still poop on the outside of the bowl. I did bring the situation to the manager's attention and he had a decent attitude about it and I think he apologized.

Can't rate anything except SLOW speed of service. I waited in the drive thru lane behind 15 cars. The line never moved for 10 minutes. I finally left.

Mcdonald's Fort Scott is nasty and disgusting. The employees are dirty and rude, the food is sub par, and the restaurant is dirty and smells bad.

No sense of urgency, employees getting soda drinks from lobby for drive thru. No adult supervision. Did not receive a receipt after ordering from kiosk, then asked employee who said order was good, but didn't offer receipt. One of our sandwiches was served without the bacon that was ordered.
