This was the most terrible McDonalds that we have ever been to. We walked in and all the employees scattered, so we would order on the kiosk. 40 minutes later we got our food, mind you they were not busy. There was only 3 people sitting. The napkins were empty , the ice was empty, both teas were empty and all of the tables were dirty. There was no kind of friendliness or urgency at all. They ignored everyone that came in after us. One guy and his grand son stood there for 25 before they ever received their cups. The manager was also doing an interview in the midst of all of the caos. All of these employees need to go to customer service training and the manager needs to learn how to take care of his customers and have his employees clean the tables when they were dirty.

Cold fries that taste like they were made 30 mins ago. I would have reviewed through McDonald’s but I pitched my receipt.

15 minute lead time at the drive-thru and another 10 in line, with three vehicles total at drive-thru. They need to take fast off of their slogan, as it is just crappy food with worse wait times than a packed Buffalo wild wings

I have never had a worse experience at any of your restraunts until now in fort scott kansas USA. I have lived here for over 10 years and the restraunt has the worst wait times I have ever seen. I order food at 935 pm and at 10 pm I called the store with no answer I went inside and no one was running anything. Management doesn't have a grip on the staff customers all over waiting for their orders. Doesn't take 30 mins to make 1 mcchicken combo medium a double cheese burger with extra pickles and large fries. And worst part is I had my daughter with me who was hungry we ended up not getting our food I went home and made her dinner at home instead. I will never return to this location and just gonna take the loss of 15 bucks and never eat at the golden arches again in any state or country.

The worker was disgusting! She had a straw hanging out of her mouth touching everyone’s food, drinks, cards, etc. The workers didn’t know what they were doing and almost forgot to have us pay.

This complaint is about the restroom and if you don't want to be grossed out, stop reading! The women's bathroom stall had an absolutely disgusting toilet. I know sometimes customers will leave a toilet a mess and not let staff know so it can be cleaned. This toilet had obviously been neglected for a long time. I could tell by the dirty streaks left by the toilet running. But the seat had blood, pee, and poop on it! I brought it to the cashier's attention. I tried to be matter of fact and not sound bitchy. She didn't even make eye contact with me. I asked her to please let the manager know that it's not being cleaned regularly. She said she could clean it, which is not what I was expecting. I was just going to wait to get to our destination. I went back in after she came out. She had cleaned the seat but there was still poop on the outside of the bowl. I did bring the situation to the manager's attention and he had a decent attitude about it and I think he apologized.
