Went through this morning, the staff was very kind. Although I ordered a chai because Scooters chai is always delicious, but this morning was warm milk with a splash of chai, nothing like it usually is. I also ordered food which came to me cold which usually is very warm. Lastly, ordered an iced drink and it came with no straw.

I stopped by on 9/13 and ordered 3 large drinks hoping to get a caffeine boost as we were beginning a long road trip. When I pulled up to the window, not the speaker box before we placed our order but the window I was rudely told that their scanner was down and so I could not scan and redeem my free drinks or pay through the app. The girl that was at the window simply turned around and asked if they couldn’t comp and was told absolutely not by the other girl making the drinks. I understand not wanting to honor the free drink a customer had in their app if they were simply ordering one drink but we ordered three large drinks, I still would have paid more than I received. When we received our drinks we knew they were poorly made as the iced mocha had not been mixed in and neither had the hot chocolate. The smoothie we ordered was also poorly blended with chunks of ice still in the cup. This was an extremely disappointing experience from a scooters regular and barista from a Texas region.

After being on the west coast and traveling through, the coffee was weak and tasted watery. I got a specialty drink with it mixed in.
Drinks are quality, service is a little sketchy, but with today's young people, you kinda expect it. But it's a solid quality establishment that I will continue to patronage.

I absolutely love scooters. I've been a loyal couple times a week Customer for the past 2 years now. Once have I had a bad experience on my coffee. Some of the window people that I have met have definitely made my time worth going.
