Thursday night the 7th of May I called in an order to be delivered 2A truck about a block away from Pizza Hut. They knew that I was a truck driver the manager was on the phone with me it would not let me pay for the two pizzas that I ordered he said that they owed the trucking community and he couldn't pay back enough. that was well beyond anything anybody else has done for most of us truck drivers. I would recommend them highly and they've got all my respect and for that manager to do what he did last night that was great well I thank them and every time I go through and all my buddies go through we are going to stop and patronize this business. Thank you very much

I ordered a pizza at 5:45 to be ready at 6. I pulled up to the window at 6:02 they told me a couple more minutes....6:36 and I don’t have my pizza, they can’t seem to find my pizza, 6:52 I finally got my breadsticks and pizza. No apology, no free pizza, NOTHING! Had I not already paid I would have left a long time ago! NOT a happy customer!! I asked for a number to complain and the lady said, “Um I don’t know. I guess you can call the office?” I told her I would figure someone to complain to.

The cheeseburger calzone is excellent. I add bacon of course. Service is quick and friendly. Love this place.

Ate there July 2nd for lunch found a hair in my pizza told the managers that act like it was no big deal. Didn't give me back my money or do anything to make it right last time I would eat there

The wings here are better than any other wings in town! They’re large and have lots of sauce. The buffalo and barbecue are awesome! Best kept secret in town. The pizza is always good as well!
I ordered a delivery and put it on my debit card. Since it was only 1 pizza I only put a 2.00 tip. The order totaled 22.41 and with the 2.00 tip it would be 24.41. When I checked my account, they had charged me 40.00. I went to the store and showed them proof of what happened and the manager told me first she would reimburse me. She then spoke to someone that had their back to me and came back saying it would take a week to get my money back. I waited a week and no money. I went back the second time and was told it would take another 4 or 5 days. I was so upset! When my husband got off work he spoke to them and told them he knew what their actual policy on refunds was and that this was credit card fraud. She then admitted that the driver had caused the situation and had been reprimanded. She told him she would be there tomorrow to refund our money.
This took place on the 21 st of April. Be careful about leaving a tip for their delivery people. I know most are honest but some of the new ones they have hired here aren’t.
