No one ever served us. Moved to different parking spots and no one ever got to us. I called inside and they said the spot was not broken and someone would call out to our spot and nothing ever happened. Sat outside waiting for 20 minutes and left.

Very rude people... ordered 1 drink online.. when we got there... they had coned the regular parking lot off at 830.. you had to go through drive thru... drive straight to window... 1 female worker looked at us 2 time... never came to window... female I'm guessing was manager had black shirt on came up front... looked at us 2 times and started making other drinks... finally a male worker came up front and he saw us and came to window and gave us our drink... the rude female in black shirt said I didnt stop at speaker so she wasn't going to come to window... said next time if we wanted service to stop at speaker... I told her they were idiots and she slammed window... I hope she broke it.. she needs to be the toliet cleaner and that's it

This location up charges everything that they possibly can. Never have I been charge for an extra sauce or easy ice on any Sonic order besides when I order from the fort scott location.

I was 14th in line at drive in-all stalls closed & I had placed an app order. RIDICULOUS SERVICE-good cold by the time I received it, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hire some help or close it down

Order taker either needs hearing aids or to clean the wax out his ears. Ordered 2 med Reeces blast. He says we can't do reeces blast. So I ask u can't do blasts or just reeces? He said we can't do reeces slush's only reeces blasts. Me that's what I asked for. Smh.

It's Monday and sonic is supposed to have 99 cent medium slushes. I got the pickelrita slush for my daughter to try because she likes pickle juice. The slush had no size but was priced at 3.99. A route 44 watermelon slush is priced at $3.89. The slush is smaller than my medium slush which was priced at $2.89 before the discount. The slush literally was first on the discount page and then didn't add in the discount. . This slush is nothing but a scam to exploit customers. It will be a bare minimum of 6 months before I step back into a sonic after this bs.
Placed food order through the app, got there on time, had to pull into 3 different stalls that weren’t already closed to find a working one. Foods always good and prompt but if you have broken stalls then put cones out so the public knows and maybe open others that aren’t broke. While waiting I noticed 3 other customers do the same thing. Sorry a good food experience was ruined by management.

Waited in the drive through at the speaker for 10 minutes to pick up a 2 drink from a online order. There where 5 cars behind us several cars left instead of waiting in the line. This is supposed to be fast food even more so when we've ordered online and dont bother waiting at the pick up stalls ive waited almost 30 minutes in those stalls waiting on a order with one item.
