Great looking Facebook page. Great name!! Seems like one of the best food trucks bringing the cuisine of Mexico City to Kansas since June 2023 (yum)!! Can’t wait till next time I’m in Fort Scott, Kansas for a quick bite (hmmm), or maybe I’ll stay longer for the people. Who knows? Seems great!! 10/10 potential

Food from a food truck just tastes better! Taco Azul is no exception. The two costra meal with corn is my go to. For a cost that comparable to or better than any fast food place you’re getting good, fresh, delicious, much cleaner food that’s prepared while you wait for it. Get some Taco Azul, you’ll be so glad you did.
