Plan on waiting almost an hour for your food when stopping to dine in. It happened to us twice in a row. We will not be returning to this location. Apparently they have very poor management.

I loved this place for eons. The food was great, it didn't break the bank, and the wait in the drive-thru was worth it. As of late, this has changed. They no longer cook the bread for the chalupa, making them disgusting. I ordered a Taco Supreme, which is significantly more expensive than a regular taco. I got a regular taco that was barely edible. I was the only one in the drive-thru and the wait time was incredibly long and to screw up something so simple has made this my last choice for fast food in Fort Scott. I can understand this happening every once in a while, but this has been consistent for my last few visits.

Taco Bell needs to bring back the enchiritos. They have everything to make them but refuse to "because it's not on the menu".

Evening/Night Shift is currently the best time to go if you have "special" preferences on how you'd like your food made. The evening/night shift workers are very laid back and easy going. Day shift is always very "rushy" and up tight.

The food took forever. There were plenty of people of working, but no one was doing anything productive. One employee was yelling orders, but no one was listening.
Rude staff.

Today at 10:26 am I ordered a $3.59 burrito for my daughter who was at work and hungry. When she opened it the burrito it was made wrong. I called to have it fixed and was told to come back. When I went to get the one burrito the manager decided this needed to be a shake down. She literally threw a fit about food they messed up. I normally am a patient person but no manager should act like that or give someone the third degree after asking them to come back for a new one. This same manger has done this to my kids before when their order was messed up. This is not professional or needed. This makes me not want to go back to this establishment.I will say the cashier was amazing and as kind as sugar.
Fairly fast take out... Caused mild GI upset within a few hours of consumption .. but that is partly because we went late at night. Do not eat the food late at night. Get it in the morning when it is fresh and hasn't been out all day!

Definitely the slowest Taco Bell I have ever been too. I don’t normally do reviews. But it’s really ridiculous. I been waiting over 40minutes to get my food. It’s like everyone that goes to the drive thru the only ones that getting their food.
Seriously, one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve ever been to staff was so rude and they took forever to get my food.
