On god slowest taco bell i have ever been to by a mile. 20 min per car, not an exaggeration. Do not stop if on a road trip or you value time.

This place...So SLOW!!! and I promise you, the order is NEVER right. You wait in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes minimum with an app order. It's RIDICULOUS!!! I thought it was just under staffed in the beginning but it's been 4 times now, and there are at least 4 people there each time. It's not a staffing problem. They just literally don't care if they do a good job or not. What happened to work ethic?

Great service, truly impecible. If you visit frequently, they remember your names and orders if you get the same thing. They're very friendly. If they're slow on the food, which they rarely are, they might give you a cupon for a free taco. The food is usually pretty fresh and never too unfresh. Today a new girl took my order. She did well enough, but before she finished the order my taco was on a tray. Let me come get my purse as they were closing (on their own suggestion) and were very kind about it.

I ordered a pick up order on Dec. 27th and showed up after it said it was ready in the app. I waited another half hour for my pick up order that should’ve already been ready since it took 20 mins to even be ready when it wasn’t actually ready. They have lost my business, I will not be ordering from this location ever again.

This place needs a re-up. The staff was terrible exept one person young kid. Other than him the staff was oblivious to the lobby and had no cares. I waited for almost 30 mins for a luxe box and then had to wait another 5 standing infront of the counter just to get a cup (the young man saw me and helped me) he also got yelled at for doing so which is not correct if I were him i would have walked out. The visit was not a good one by any means. Need actual staff in the facility.

Its absolutely ridiculous and needs to be resolved. No other Taco bell has this problem consistently.

I used the app for delivery. The Fort Scott Ks location. Closes at midnight. I put my order in at 10:45 pm. I haven't received my order. If they are not doing deliveries after 10pm I feel that they should had sent a message letting me know. For this reason tonight they get 1 star. Usually I have no complaints.
