Employees exceptionally friendly and food fresh. I feel the women’s bathroom could use some upgrade for sink and a hook to hang a ladies purse. Other than that the upgrade/s needed employees made it 5 stars.

Your food is dryer than dirt. Wendy’s is ALL-TIME great if done correctly by people who take pride in their work but this place in the good ‘ol Fort has almost become inedible. Burgers, fries, nuggets — you name it. “fresh, never frozen”, my ass. Do the town a favor and get it together.

Wow this place got horrible it used to be good but seems it went way down hill went yesterday 4/5/25 about 3pm ordered a number 1 and I didn’t know a double only comes with 1 patty of meat got two orders of cold fries no receipt period and dang when did your frosties get so tiny the large are like 15oz next time we will just drive to Burger King in Pitt.

I placed a delivery on 3/28/2025 and the food was cold and smashed. Not to mention the wrong order. Looked like they smashed it on purpose. I don’t care how bad of a day you’re having, don’t take it out at work!

Went in at 8:35 2/28/25. The cashier communicated they were short staffed, and that my chicken sandwich would be a hold up, it was super fresh. I saw 2 guys knock out 5 people's orders in that time frame. Food, great, communication, great, speed, extremely impressive. I fished off moms burger also really good.
Over all I'm super satisfied, we wasted 35 minutes in the taco bell drive through and came in a bit snippy. Sorry about that, you guys didn't deserve it. I'm highly satisfied with this store.

I really wanted to give them my money. But the lobby don't open when there sigh says it does. Oh well mcdonald's is always open to take my money
This has got to be worst I've seen for Wendy's Numerous drive thru experiences with hamburgers. This is 2nd time in 2 weeks I've been disappointed with their food service 1st went through drive thru Ordered Dave's Double. Ended up being kiddie burger patties on larger buns with Lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion, ECT.. Should of been called a salad sandwich. No meat hardly in it. Wasn't even hot. 2nd time was tonight. Went inside with kids to eat. Figured better hit foot Definitely disappointed. Double Baconator w/ Cheese. Wasn't even warm. Dave's Double combo This time correct size patties. Only cold and way over done like sat under heat lamp for few hours. Dried out. Kids had nuggets and fries. Hot and fresh there Spent $50 for another disappointment on food service. Should of known better. But now I do. Doesn't matter if dine in or drive thru. Bad service all way around. I eat at other Wendy's. It's hot, full size patties and made fresh when ordered. Check this one off my list, as not recommending.

We have tried this location many times. Giving a few months in between and still no luck. I’m afraid whoever owns this place must not care who they hire or the quality of food. No matter when you go or how long in between the food is cold!!! I have yet to get hot food there. And of recent you don’t get the correct food either. I’m sad to say we are done going here till new owners are in place.
