I live in Wichita, Kansas and I absolutely love Frontenac Bakery and Frontenac Bread in Frontenac, Kansas. Say that three times. I was born in 1971 and was raised eating Frontenac Bread at Barto's Idle Hour in Frontenac, Kansas. When my family was still alive and living in Pittsburg, Kansas and Liberal, Missouri we would visit down there and go to Barto's Idle Hour and the Frontenac Bakery on our trip. We always would bring home a few extra loaf of bread to last a few days. There is no other bread like it. I would strongly recommend going to the Frontenac Bakery for a fresh loaf of bread.
