Found a hair in our ice cream, gross. I bet it was the hair of the scruffy guy making our ice cream. Everyone should be required to wear hair/beard nets.

Very rude. Asked for a blizzard with strawberries and brownie pieces, not only was there very little toppings, no brownie pieces were put in. The guy running the counter was rude and doesn’t seem like he deserves the job. Could be easily replaced with someone who enjoys the job.

Chris the manager/owner cares about his patrons. He wants to make sure all his customers are satisfied with their food and the service. I totally recommend both their Galena ks and Grove ok establishments.

Sent my lady to get some ice cream and mind you I have recently been in a car wreck so my patience is very low but 2 oreo fudge brownie blizzard is what was ordered. they got the order wrong and told her that they were not going to fix it because it's not what they heard. Had I been in there that girl would have been wearing the ice cream i don't tolerate disrespect from nobody idc who it is. check your staff. And teach your children respect because there is people that are still old testament out here like myself.

Ordered 3 chicken strip baskets didn't get the toast with them very unsatisfied with service at this location will definitely drive the extra distance next time
