I gave over an hour advanced notice for our pizzas for a specific time due to a reserved birthday party. They did not tell me they couldnt make that happen and said it was okay. We showed up at the pickup time and one pizza was done. The main worker there said that they were short staffed and had other customers during that time to tend to instead which is understandable but should have let us know they couldnt make our pickup time happen so we could do something different. I went outside to make arrangements for someone else to pick up the pizzas since we had a reservation at SOAR to attend and she was talking about me disrespectfully outloud when I came back in. I let her know my son will be back to pick up the pizzas for the party. They were halfway done after 15 minutes of us arriving so it was a time management issue. I will never order from them again.

I got to this delivery place in Galena to place my bet. Reason is because Missouris Secretary of State is an Idiot. The state voted sports betting in but he keeps dragging his feet... p.s. this is the same commie that's kept it off the ballot for the last 6 years!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese sticks from Galena Pizza Hut and they arrived quickly and everything was hot, fresh and loaded with toppings! It was honestly some of the best pizza we've had in along time!

They didn't have trash on the menu and promptly kicked me out...rudely I might add. This is not a possum friendly environment so if you're a possum do NOT come to this location.
