I got to this delivery place in Galena to place my bet. Reason is because Missouris Secretary of State is an Idiot. The state voted sports betting in but he keeps dragging his feet... p.s. this is the same commie that's kept it off the ballot for the last 6 years!

Ordered 2 large pizzas and cheese sticks from Galena Pizza Hut and they arrived quickly and everything was hot, fresh and loaded with toppings! It was honestly some of the best pizza we've had in along time!

Only put one star because zero wasn't an option. Only delivery place in Galena, sad they can't cook a pizza or follow instructions on online orders. Going from a regular 3x a month customer to never again.

They didn't have trash on the menu and promptly kicked me out...rudely I might add. This is not a possum friendly environment so if you're a possum do NOT come to this location.

Ordered offline...my computer said one thing and I paid for it...then when I got the delivery 2 pizzas were wrong and when I called they said well that's not what it says on our end and there is nothing I can do about it we have nothing to do with the web site

Ordered delivery food was received with no lid to cover pasta bowl. Just an open bowl. Not even foil. To me honestly unsanitary conditions for a delivery

Unfortunately, I have to give this a star that they don’t deserve. After the first bad experience, I decided to blow it off. After today and reading other recent reviews, I’m bypassing the location and sent my concerns directly to Pizza Hut Corp. Their online ordering is 90% ignored as you can’t get extra sauce ON the pizza and they don’t read the “Special Instructions” portion of the order. Lest we forget the toppings that you want don’t get from the refrigerator to the pizza. We as customers should not have to put up with incompetent service THAT WE PAY FOR just because it’s the only pizza(and I use that term loosely)place in town. I have many reward points in my account, but if what I’m paying for is any indication, what the hell am I getting for free???? Note: ordered with mushrooms, can you find them in the picture?
