Red Onion Cafe has done an amazing job of making the situation of my wife's knee replacement surgery and overnight hospital confinement a much easier experience. The wonderful staff has gone above and beyond to provide food, not only for my wife's in room meals, but those of mine and my daughter. The food was delicious, every Red Onion employee was extremely helpful, and Red Onion's presence had a positive effect on the entire atmosphere of the hospital.
Every employee I dealt with put forth extra effort to make certain I was well cared for. When I ordered my first meals I was given a coupon for a discount on my next order and had had difficulty applying the coupon code in my phone app when ordering the evening meals. My cashier went to great lengths to make certain that the discount was applied when I completed the purchase. After returning to my wife's room where her evening meal had already been brought to her, I was giving my daughter her part of the food and the employee who had taken my order knocked on the door with some more of my food that I had inadvertently left behind in the Cafe. I am tremendously grateful to Red Onion for their excellent service and I really appreciate all they did for us.

Burnt chicken made our salads inedible

Love every single thing I have ever ordered for myself and my sister who was recovering from surgery.

Red Onion had a special Mother’s Day brunch today and it was exceptional….as always.

The food is good and the staff is friendly.

This cafe is attached to a medical building and hospital. My wife and I both had salads as we arrived early for an ultrasound. It is an order at the counter and they bring it out to you kind of place. My wife had chicken walnut salad and I had fried chicken salad. Both were well presented (We started eating before I remembered to take pics!) and pleasing to the eye! Of course the real test is in the eating! Both were delicious!

Worst service EVER! They don’t deserve even 1 star. There are just no words to describe how TERRIBLE the service was. I can guarantee that I will NEVER step a foot in, or waste my breath on a phone call.

I got an electronic gift certificate for Christmas and the food and service was amazing

Dietary restrictions: Huge variety on the menu and they can accommodate anything as they are connected with the hospital Ann surgical Center.

The food was terrible. The only saving grace of my meal was the salad and the bread. The carrot cake was good too. The pasta from heaven is actually from hell. No flavor, and the chicken is almost like canned chicken. Almost like it’s boiled or precooked, frozen, then reheated in the restaurant. Super weird. Didn’t take like anything.
