I didn't mind the long wait. They just had a little confusion among them. What bothered me who appeared to be the female manager was absolutely awful to her coworkers behind the kitchen. Then when she approached me to help me understand the situation rudely interrupted and belittled her coworker in front of me and made her cry. Extremely unprofessional.

The food was delicious. The restaurant was empty. The vibe was weird, uncomfortable. The service was poor. Not what we areused to at the Red onion's in Joplin. We felt like a bother or an irritant to the staff. I will continue going to 4th Street Red Onion but will pass on the Galena location.

I've been eating here for years and have never really had a problem. Lately though, the food has went downhill. It is way overpriced for the quality. The cashier up front is always rude.

Not a fan. Hubby loves it at Red. Rather drive a little further down the road and go to a classic Dive..Nathans. To be honest the place reminds me of a restraunt that would be in a retirement village.

Too expensive for what you getFood not that great. The best thing is the frozen coffee drinks. Breakfast is the best thing to eat

Penne from heaven was not great, received a small piece of garlic bread, asked for another and was charged 1.40 for it. Lunch was almost 20.00 and sadly I will not be back. Years ago I really enjoyed that restaurant.
