Just left and got back to my hotel. I'm going to take a bite of my burger and I get about four bites into it 5x10 to it as if the burgers are not as big as they used to be and buy right into a pile of raw meat. It appears that there was three patties Frozen together. They just got thrown with some cheese and put on a bun. Not even cooked all the way that's How people get sick?

On January 13 at 8:30, I had an issue while picking up a delivery from your restaurant. At first, the staff member told me the customer called to cancel the order, which I understood. However, when I asked to take the order as usual, she suddenly claimed it wasn’t in the system. This inconsistency caused confusion and disrupted my workflow. I hope you can look into this to ensure smoother service in the future. Thank you for your understanding.”

Worst service imaginable. Broken speakers, broken card readers and when you try to point it out they get mad at you for it. Then send a GM to unapologetically say you're wrong. It's been a long time since I've had service this bad.

The people there cannot listen to an order and they constantly get it wrong such as I ordered a garlic burger and they gave me a completely different order then told me i never ordered a garlic burger. They used to be good but not anymore

Never get orders right, my mom brought items back about 10pm. Ordered a strawberry shake tonight which it wasn't even blended and had to go to the ER due to them not paying attention to orders. Never again.

I have lived in Galena for now 4 years and in those 4 years there has not been a single time my family and I have eaten here without it being a bad experience. If you are in the area and in need of food do not bother, go on into Joplin.

I eat here probably more than I care to admit and up until about 2 months ago, everything has been great. 5 whole stars. Now? I have been jipped on about every order I’ve put in. Don’t even think about putting bacon on your burger because I either get 2 tiny strips or none at all. When brought up staff was helpful and fixed the issue. Just look at his photo lol. That was all the bacon I got.

The lady on the switch board cut us off and placed our order without even making sure it was correct. The fries were skimpy. There was only about a medium at best with little cheese and I paid nearly $5 for them. The mozzarella sticks were hard so my fiance wasn't able to finish them. Overall not the best sonic I have ever had. I likely won't return to this particular store.
