Disappointed in the management changes and attitudes toward customers on Saturday afternoons. Ordered on the app for a simple "groovy fries, large and sauces of which I did not get the sauces. Thought it was an oversight so politely pushed the famous red button to wait eight minutes for no answer. Called by phone into the store and after six dialed attempts finally got an answer. Answering employee quickly informed me they were too busy but after a good scolding smartly answered they would replace the now cold fries. Odd to wait twelve minutes for a fry order that took two minutes at most to replace and deliver. Just sad in a small town

food was undercooked or cold the hamburger was raw fries were ice cold. carhop was rude saying she had to get inside and couldn't bring me anything I asked for and i watched her go inside and set down and start talking to other employees. I have been to many sonics never had any problems and they looked like bums that rolled out of bed and threw on whatever and came to work. Joplin isn't that far I will spend my money there where they care about the customers.

I placed an order on the app at 11:49 for two drinks and it said order would be ready at 11:55. We pulled in at 11:53 and I called in to let them know we were there a few minutes early to pick up the order. There was only one car hop working and five other cars in the stalls…so at 12:05 our order was still not out so I called in again and was told that there had been several orders come in at the same time as mine and they would have it out soon. So at 12:15 it still wasn’t out so I went inside to ask for my order and the “Manger” said that he had to verify my order and when I told him I had waited over 20 minutes so far for two drinks he said if I was going to be hateful about it I didn’t need to come back….I again told him I just wanted my drinks and I would leave and not come back…the female carhop handed me my drinks and I told the “Manager” I would be making a call to the corporate office and I walked out. I got in my car and was getting ready to leave when the “Manager” came out mouthing something, so I rolled down my window and he said “if you have something to say then say it to me” and I said again I shouldn’t have had to wait over 20 minutes for two drinks and I rolled my window up and left. Worse service ever from a “Manager”.

When I go to sonic I always tip well. Now they've decided to force tips on you! I order and push pay with cash they always say oh we forgot the change. They bring out the bills but not coins. This has happened several times at this Sonic and others! I will tip but if you try the oh I forgot my change I will never tip and make them go back inside to get it! Sonic you're costing these kids money with this policy! Don't try and weasel a tip out of me!

The app had a glitch and stole my reward! Not this particular stores fault though. Food was served fast even after ordering once I got there, and the car hop was very friendly!
Parking: Parking was fine..a bit of a tight squeeze along the back of the store to get out, but my full size car made it just fine. Might be a bit harder to maneuver in a wide or oversized truck though (??)
Waited over 15 MINUTES for a grilled cheese before leaving without it! People on both sides got their orders and was there after me.THIS WAS THE WORST SONIC EVVVVER!!

Their food is always overcooked and looks terrible. And then if you're going to apply I do not recommend applying the general manager that deals with all that is rude and unprofessional.
Me and my mom ordered 2 chili cheese wraps and 2 large pops and the wraps were so overcooked we couldn't eat them and the pop was flat.

Terrible service. Hands down worst sonic around. APP is worthless here. Order ahead and sit and wait 20 minutes once you arrive. Pitiful. The smaller shake is regular chocolate/banana, on the other we paid extra for extra hot fudge. Yet it's completely vanilla with no hot fudge. Idiots.
