“There is a little GEM in Galva, Kansas. You can call ahead and pick up via their drive-thru or dine-in. There are plenty of tables and a cozy loft area with couches and even more tables. It is even large enough to hold small meetings. The ambiance here is really cozy, and everyone was so very nice! The menu is filled with different coffee drinks and smoothies and canned pop. There's also a small market where you can find frozen foods, fresh coffee beans, and more. I ended up ordering the turkey bacon avocado croissant sandwich with a side salad and a diet coke. The croissant was flaky and toasted. There was a generous amount of turkey, the avocado tasted fresh, and the bacon hit the spot. The salad was so tasty. It had candied almond pieces, fresh greens, and cranberries. For dessert, I had a blueberry streusel. They will ask you if you'd like it warmed up. I opted for it, and it was perfect. You need to try the tin roof pantry. It's definitely worth the trip!“

Nestles the Coffee Shed, a warm, sweet tide.
A haven where the ambiance sings,
Of cozy corners and simple things.

Soft light dances on rustic beams,
While whispers of coffee inspire dreams.
The aroma of beans, so rich, so deep,
Awakens senses from their sleep.

“I visit here occasionally. I've only gotten drinks here. Drinks are overpriced in my opinion. (I got a medium specialty coffee drink recently for over $8) It was really good but I don't know if it was worth the money. I went the other day because it was half off drinks. Service isn't exactly what I would call fast but usually I ain't in no hurry so it works out alright. I think the drive thru is busier than the lobby. White chocolate mocha is pretty good. Hot or iced. Try adding an extra shot of espresso to it. That makes it good. Also makes it not quite as sweet, if you're someone who doesn't like such a sweet drink. I also recommend the "pink drink" it's really good. Especially after working out @ the YMCA! It's an "iced" drink. They put quite a bit of ice in that drink. So you might want to tell them to go easy on the ice if you want more "drink." Good location in my opinion. It looks like the employees like their job, at least that's how it seems to me. They open early. 5 AM. It looks like a fun place to hangout. I usually go inside to get my order and leave instead of hitting the drive thru. I have done that before. It's a little bit unique but it works. Kind of long and winding. Overall, I would recommend it occasionally. Sometimes there are hardly any cars there and that concerns me a little.“
