Excellent service, our waiter was very very attentive and nice I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name. The hostess greeted us in and out of the restaurant. The food was delicious. Came out fast and fresh. The lunch special is a must 10 wing and fries with a drink plus carrots/celery/ranch for just $13. This was my first time here they’re better than wingstop imo. We ordered the mango habanero and Asian zing, they’re both very spicy.

Soda was flat, waitress was rude and inconsiderate when ordering, chips and salsa was stale, and the wings got smaller. Disappointed and hope they clean up it looks like they are starting to slip business wise!

The food was cold so that was disappointing, the order was written down wrong then our waitress tries to flip it on me when everyone at our table heard the same thing. Rolling your eyes thinking we didn't catch it . I'm sure you deal with rude people daily but not everyone is coming in hot so be mindful moving forward.

First of all the good. Hatch burger and fries were delicious and hot. Boneless wings are what they always are.
Now for the bad. It took about 10 mins to get a foamy beer that was pretty close to room temp. I ordered a second when my burger showed up, still hadn't seen it by the time I was done so I canceled the order. Waitress seemed very distracted. I only saw her waiting in me and that was the only time I saw here. I had to flag down someone to order a second drink.
Im pretty sure the manager knew about the issue, but didn't come over and say anything.
I'll probably end up going back next time I'm in the area, I just hope I won't be thirsty.

I've been eating here once a week during the summer. This place has the best wings and the absolutely worst wings BWW has to offer, just depends on the day you go. Have to order side sauce because my wings were only 50% covered.

husband explained he couldnt sit in the high chairs do to an injury and asked the greeter if she could give us a booth. she wouldnt give us a booth and told us we would have to wait 30 min. she turned around and sat the people after us in the booth we were asking for. rude lil winch smh. We decided to go to old chicago instead. the food was amazing there
