Amazing dishes!! Where else can you get authentic Eritrean (East African) cuisine in western Kansas?! 🇪🇷 We’re so lucky to have them here in GC!!
Garden City, you have a gem with Selam East Africa. I discovered it when passing thru town. The injira bread is addictingly good (and gluten free!!). The food is so flavorful, but not too spicy.
If you haven't already, you owe it to yourself to try Selam East Africa. Daniel and Tabotu will show you how to eat with injira bread....or provide you with a fork😆
A definite '5' dining experience for me. Wish we had this in Hutchinson.
