“Had a take out. At lunch 12-12 2024. 40 minute drive to home. Got home. Had ordered an extra piece of chicken. Got charged for it. But it wasn’t in the bag when I got home. Tried calling for 45 minutes but no one answered the phone. Not going to drive back to garden city for a piece of chicken but will let someone know when I get back there“

“The real complaint is not against TB but that instead of face to face interaction, customers order their food via kiosk in the lobby. While it might be convenient, there is something about customer service you just can't get from a machine. I would appreciate the option to choose, but it's been a rare occasion... if ever that I've been greeted by an employee upon entering the establishment. Good food and clean place, though.“

“My husband and I pulled in to order and noticed a man sitting at the table with a large bag and it was obvious he was homeless. Long story short the new manager and her employees showed what compassion and humbleness is! They not only fed this man but she gave her tips to him ?. I cannot express the love that came from this location on Jones Street in Garden City Kansas in just a matter of a few minutes. If I could give a million stars I would. I pray God will bless each and everyone of those beautiful people!!! ❤❤❤I was so impressed I almost forgot to mention the food was hot and fresh and arrived in about 10 minutes. We def will be using this location again ❤“

“Generally a great place for a happy hour drink and some little snack. Appetizers are where its at. Cheddar bites! cheddar peppers!! chili cheese tots!!! AND the new AMAZING soft pretzel they have that is quite frankly better than any mall pretzel. Wash that down with a cherry limeaid or their awesome new red bull recarcher drink and you've given your self a boost to the rest of the day.“

“The girl made what I wanted even though it was not on the menu but she still had the ingredients available and that was awesome!! But it’s difficult to plan to go there because they don’t share their hours on google like all the other food/dessert places do in Garden city ?“
