“Today while picking up a order the wind blew away a order of cheese bread and garlic bites. Without hesitation the staff stated that they were making another order for me. The customer service at the Garden City location has always put the customer first. Thanks for making dealing with the Kansas wind easier!“

“The gal working the front counter was totally carrying the customer service load for everyone else in the place. She was genuinely apologizing to me and other customers, and explaining that they were just slammed with orders and were turning out pizzas as fast as possible.They seemed to be woefully unequipped for such a load too, as I was waiting for probably a good 30 minutes or so, but it helped that this gal - whose name I didn't get - kept giving updates and kept apologizing.She even expressed her appreciation for everyone's wait (to each person individually as we got out pizzas), and I made sure that she knew I appreciated her hard work, which she surely isn't getting paid enough for at a pizza joint. In fact, she should probably be running the place.Anyway, that's my two cents. Take it for what it's worth ;-)“

“Nice, relaxing atmosphere as part of a traditional (and exceptional) Pizza Hut. What's our favorite pizza joint? That would be a real Kansas-based Pizza Hut, the State where the chain was founded. Here at the GC Pizza Hut, you'll find the traditional menu as well as friendly, customer-centric service. The food is very good and the menu is varied. We recommend this establishment.“

“*Edit - I added stars because, while the service and the setup needs a lot of work, the pizza is really, really good.Twice I've ordered online and they don't have my order, didn't look at thier tablet, or the tablet was down. Then I wait for 25 minutes to get my order as 4 employees walk around ignoring me. I only have an hour for lunch which is why I order online. No apology until they hand me the pizza, sorry for the wait, nothing. Love the pizza, hate the service.“
