So today I used the app to order drinks (as I often do). The "closest" store was not open. I still chose Sonic and drive across town to this location. Upon arriving, it was busy, all stalls (that are working) were full. Driving around and around got tiring and frusting for several customers. I eventually jumped out (I was a passenger) and just wanted to pick up my drinks from the door. A very nice lady, Kyei, (not sure of spelling) started to help me and figure things out. We ordered food on the app and got there a few minutes before it was scheduled to be done. 30 minutes later we finally got our food. We were told our food was ready on time but the tray got misplaced so it was cold and the ice cream we ordered was melted. They did not even offer to remake the ice cream
