Did an online order and got in line. I had to wait a hour to get through the line and get my drink. The drive through is awful because once you’re in it you can’t leave.

It is such a horrible customer service. The line is about 30 minutes long. I go to the Starbucks target and their service is way better and the drinks come out delicious. This is embarrassing this Starbucks has been here for months and they take forever !!!

Please note that some people are putting reviews for the Starbucks on McCoy street. This is the Starbucks in Target. They are way better than the other one on McCoy. Always friendly, quick service, and attentive. Highly recommended! DO NOT GO TO THE ONE ON MCCOY!

I’ve been multiple times, each time they are understaff & it too 20-30 mins to get 1 drink. I kept thinking it was just an off day, but it’s every single time I go. If you have that long to wait for a drink then this is the place if not go to the one in target & they are much faster.

They should have never opened this drive thru cause they can’t run it. Service blows. If you go thru the drive thru you’ll be waiting 40 mins so don’t be in a rush. Coffee doesn’t come out good. Better off going to Target, you get your moneys worth for what you pay.
