“I went shopping at Walmart after work and took a subway home. Not sure the gentlemen's name but I appreciate him today( He had very nice long black hair in a man bun) I was served at 6/13/2026 at 8:58 P.M. at the big Walmart. This is my second time going in to this subway I enjoy how fast he makes my sandwich. Polite, friendly, and down to earth person. Thank you!“
“This is for the Subway at 1320 North Taylor Ave. in Garden City, KS. The service was exceptional. I will start out by saying that I had lost faith in the Subway brand for multiple reasons that i won't go into at this time and wasn't planning on ever going to another Subway again. My experience at this particular store tonight pretty much changed that perspective, or at least let's say gave me hope for the company. The 2 people who were working respectfully talked with me as a person rather than just leaving me to stand there as they where robotically preparing my sandwich. It was made PERFECTLY!!! Their demeanor was welcoming, hospitable, considerate, helpful, and passionate, among other things. Its been a while since I've been to Subway, and since than the menu has changed drastically. They made suggestions on what I might like based on what I use to eat there. To me that's customer service that goes above and beyond. It shows that they know their products and care both about their customers as well as their experience while at their store. The store was very clean; from the lobby, the restrooms, behind the counter area, and the beverage area. They also have the Subway Club which is nice way to reward repeat customers. Be sure to check that out. This particular Subway also does have a drive-thru for convience as well. I would definitely rate this particular Subway, five stars: hands down, without question! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“I feel bad for the workers cause every time I go there it seems like there's only one person and that is just incredibly unsafe and inappropriate having only one worker deal with so many customers. I see a lot of a reviews for bad attitudes and I can only imagine these employees are overworked and underpaid. Their management needs to do better.
Anyways. Whoever the lady was working tonight did a fantastic job. Its always hit and miss with subways, as the last few times ive gotten messy, incorrect orders. But everything today was spot on and this is by far one of the neatess sandwiches ive gotten from them in a long time. She was very polite and even though she had to switch out one item they were out of, she called, verified, and found a solution. I hope management there acknowledges her and have more learn from her. And for the love of god, get more workers!! So unsafe for the employees“
“Went to get me a flat breakfast sandwich and was blown away when server said NO eggs ? wow than what is a breaks sandwich just bacon ? I got me what ever but will never go back for breakfast. Tall white girl was very polite. Nice remodeling had been a while since I've been in North subway.“
