When asked if my order was right on screen told him I could not read the screen. Should have had him repeat itat window. Order wrong, brought back to store. Manager stood talking to someone, saw me with my food in hand, did not stop to assist. Asked cashier to correct it with double sour cream as well as other issues. Barely a serving of sour cream on it. Charged extra for something else on my receipt

How rude can costumer service be? This is unacceptable and man who sounded like a white teenager being able to work there and speaking to my father/family the way he did. He asked us what our order was so my father repeated it and got told to stop with the attitude. There was no attitude except my dad being a good person and doing what the man asked. NO RESPECT BY THIS WORKER!!!!!!!!! He refused to say his name when we asked because he was scared.

December 17 2024, 2:30 pm, ordered two bean burritos with add beef, they neglected to add the beef. Same meal, ordered a hard taco and was surprised to bite into an inedible dirty large brown circular dried out stem off a head of lettuce. Really appetizing. No use trying to get order corrected, just eat somewhere else from now on.

Employees were giving an attitude and just about forgot my crunch wrap and the first time I asked the guy ignored me and I ask again and he goes and gets it but then he also forgot my friends baja blast. If you got a job you should at least do it right ?♂️

Just because you have a order stand doesn't mean customers want to use it. Sitting eating 3 customers walked out because no one came up watch all the employees just look at them didn't help and watching employees grabbing there food in back came out sit and ate there food when people are standing there lost 3 customers I pay cash and I'm not doing your job taking orders. If I'm going to do that I'll but my food at walmart and make it myself.
