The real complaint is not against TB but that instead of face to face interaction, customers order their food via kiosk in the lobby. While it might be convenient, there is something about customer service you just can't get from a machine. I would appreciate the option to choose, but it's been a rare occasion... if ever that I've been greeted by an employee upon entering the establishment. Good food and clean place, though.

When asked if my order was right on screen told him I could not read the screen. Should have had him repeat itat window. Order wrong, brought back to store. Manager stood talking to someone, saw me with my food in hand, did not stop to assist. Asked cashier to correct it with double sour cream as well as other issues. Barely a serving of sour cream on it. Charged extra for something else on my receipt

How rude can costumer service be? This is unacceptable and man who sounded like a white teenager being able to work there and speaking to my father/family the way he did. He asked us what our order was so my father repeated it and got told to stop with the attitude. There was no attitude except my dad being a good person and doing what the man asked. NO RESPECT BY THIS WORKER!!!!!!!!! He refused to say his name when we asked because he was scared.
