Went through the drive-thru and got our food. Realized we hadn't got our frosties and had to drive back through again. Them instead of a frosty they gave me and iced coffee that I had not ordered and one of the other frosties was the wrong kind. Instead of telling us at the drive-thru speaker that they did not have certain things, they tried to substitute with something else.
