Below expectations for customer service. Charged for items I did not receive and then told I would need to take it up with the manager. When asked to speak with the manager I was then told he had left. Food was subpar at best - just drive into Pittsburg for more choices, this restaurant wants to act like they are the only place to get a taco.
We finally had a chance to eat here last night and it was SO good! All 4 of us had something different, and we all enjoyed our meals. Portion sizes are big, so I'm enjoying my leftovers for lunch right now. The waiters were very attentive - coming by regularly to refill drinks and offer to top off chips & salsa or give extra napkins without us even needing to ask. Though not on the menu, a la carte is an option.
I have eaten in at this restaurant once and the food and service was amazing! We have ordered takeout from here a few times. The food is so good, we will continue to eat their food and definitely recommend it to anyone!

Don Vrgas Restaurant N Bar is a dang good place to eat with some of the best Mexican food around. The food is amazing, delicious, fresh, and much healthier. Portion sizes are big. Specific praised meals include the really good fajitas, the Carnitas platter, and the tacos. A la carte is an option. The service is excellent, with employees and waiters described as great, friendly, courteous, very helpful, kind, and very attentive. They go out of their way to accommodate requests and are more than happy to make food the way you like it. The overall experience is highly recommended for good food and excellent service.
