Doug was awesome. He smiled, repeted our order and was very pleasant. The manager on duty however was condescending towards him and when asked to find the correct ring up button, he just pressed one and we ended up with the wrong shake. The gentleman that made the shakes put a hole in one that wasn't noticed until my cup holder was gross. The chicken sandwich was way past time to be thrown out but they still served it. No comp or anything offer when we ordered replacement...

Went in late afternoon with part of a softball team.

Staff was not overwhelmed.

Want icecream in Great Bend, Ks. This Braum's is the real deal....NOT just icecream, but more like a mini mart.

(For a visit several wks ago.) Counter employees were rather disorganised in waiting on customers: some delays & confusion in getting order taken, & again when trying to pay. But they were courteous. And the GIANT Banana Split I got was made perfect, & was delicious. ?
