I mean it's a Sonic drive-thru. Most of the people that work at the one here in Great Bend are pretty decent. Now if I could just get them to understand the concept of easy on the ice....
Bad customer service. Pulled up before 11pm. Pulled up to the order board. They turned the menu board light off and snickered at me from the front while looking directly at me. Is this how they treat you in Ks?!

Ordered two kids meals and a mozzarella stick. Not busy at all. Took almost 10 min after paying and pulling up to the window. Almost Every employee was on their phone except for one woman. Kids meals were cold by the time we got them from waiting on the mozzarella sticks. Woman working the drive thru was impolite and should not be working a window
