very rude manager . treats people like crap and yells at them . My sister and I went to dairy queen she ordered a mocha moo latte for her birthday and they made it carmel she asked them to fix it and the manager yelled at her said it was to hard and they were to busy. My sister asked them multiple times to fix it before we left and the manager lady yelled at her again and said honey I have worked here alot of years u can be mad if u want to but it's hard and were busy .. Last two times I’ve been there I’ve order a dip cones. Both times the came out like crap and they’re solution was we can give you a cup and you can turn it upside down in? How about actually make a decent ice cream cone? Jesus do your employees care at all about what kind of jobs they do. Not only does it defeat the purpose of ordering an ice cream cone, it also totally screws the customer by shorting them.
