The real deal, a surprise in rural Kansas. I have very high standards for Asian food having spent decades in Denver. This is as good as any Thai I have had, a genuine oasis in an Asian food desert.
The food is outstanding. The broth is the best I've ever had. The flavor profile is fragile and with depth. He brought us Chinese soup that was mushroom , tofu and broth. I wanted to just pick up the little cup and drink it down. I had seafood soup. The medium-sized serving was at least a quarter of broth, noodles and mushrooms.
Such a delightful surprise. Had lunch with a friend here and we both were very pleased with everything from the restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxing, clean and well kept. Our waitress was quick, accurate and friendly. But the food was absolutely phenomenal. Expertly prepared with the flavors and presentation above par. Highly recommend exploring their menu and make sure to arrive here hungry.
