Great waitress, perplexed that our salads came out AFTER other guests that came in and ordered AFTER us received their hot meals and appetizers before us. Otherwise great experience and great food. P.s this was at 11 am Saturday August 16th 2025. We came in just 5 to 10 minutes after opening. Still recommend this place.

Ordered ahead for the order to be ready by 10:30pm, when we got there the order wasn’t ready until 10:45 and they didn’t even take the time to make sure the order was right. I ordered the blackened shrimp & andouille sausage penne and it only came with shrimp and penne. No peppers and no sausage. I expect to get half the money back in the morning for this dish since I was only served half the dish.

Ordered food for takeout on 8/1/25 and was absolutely terrible. Fries were stale and burger was dried out and over cooked. If this is the standard of food served I would not recommend anyone eating here.

This place has absolutely the WORST customer service of all restaurants in Hays. Every time I pick up a mobile order, 5 or 6 wait staff members make direct eye contact with me and ignore me. It takes two seconds to hand me the order. And mobile orders are customers too! I will NEVER patronize your restaurant.

We were on a motorcycle ride across Kansas and wanted something other than fast food. Applebee's fit the bill! Great selection of proteins, with some pretty good sides. It was a nice lunch, and Hayden did a great job taking care of us.
Noodles in the Chicken Alfredo were undercooked and hard. Our breadsticks were burned and hard. Waitress was pleasant! Restaurant was dated.

Placed a delivery order to be dropped at my hotel (chicken, shrimp and burger w fries) and received absolutely no condiments, no napkins and no silverware. The food quality was just so-so but moreover the lack of any sort of customer service is disappointing. DO BETTER APPLEBEE'S!!
