We stopped here passing through Kansas. We got the pulled pork, sliced brisket, cole slaw, green beans, and potato salad. It was all very delicious and the staff was super friendly!

Driving from NY to CO and we stop here. It was heavenly delish the loaded potatoes, the pork & baloney sandwich was sooo good. Lastly the dessert cherry cheesecake finished off wonderfully. Services was excellent by ordering online as we stayed overnight at a local hotel. So worth it. Thank God for the blessings of our food. Thank you, thank you!! ?

We went for lunch the other day. We had quit coming because food took a dive for awhile. Gave them another chance. It was really good this time hope they keep up the good work. Ribs were spot on.
We have never had a bad meal or experience at Billy Sims. Quick service, friendly staff and great food! We would recommend Billy Sims to anyone who is looking for a good bbq place in Hays. 10/10 recommend.
I wanted the triple 20 and the provolone cheese was frozen together. The cheese should never be frozen. Do better. The store is going down hill. I will not be coming here again

I ordered shredded pork shredded brisket beans and corn on the cob only thing that was warm was the beans if you like cold meat come see them.. PS look at the corn on the cob see it's brown how old is it .. PS email them 2 weeks ago and no reply. They don't care about customers
