Been through a few times, wonderful little coffee shop, they even offered to make my usual iced coffee that’s not on the menu ?

Stopped here on the morning of April 10 omw back from the eclipse and it is absolutely awesome! Cute place, clearly community-minded, with handmade mugs available, opportunities to donate to local projects, a pay it forward coffee board, and so on. Also very reasonably priced, work quality coffee. All the staff were remarkably friendly and efficient. Really great all around, I hope they really thrive going forward.

Breathe is a better coffee shop than I expected to find in Hays. The coffee is quite good. The crepes are excellent! It's a Christian coffee shop. If that's not you're scene, don't worry. I have been many times and no one has proselytized in my direction yet. The Christianity is low key enough that I had already went there a handful of times before I realized it was part of the business! The only downside I have to report is I've gotten the hard-sell on their coffee club membership multiple times. I get it! They're a non-profit: they need guaranteed revenue streams! However, no lokes the hard sell! To be far, it's a good deal. If I was sure I were staying in the area, I would've already signed up! To sum up, it's a great place to study, hang out, or have a conversation with a friend over a tasty beverage.

Amazing service and atmosphere. However, my espresso was likely over extracted (bitter tasting) and my Americano was likely under extracted (weak tasting).

We try to visit coffee shops all over the country. Breathe was such a great surprise! We did enjoy their black coffee (husband) and a London Fog made with almond milk and Earl Grey tea. Yum!

Cappuccino was really good. I was driving through the city and thought of having some local coffee and turned out to be a great decision. I would definetly stop by again if I get a chance.
This place is great. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is very friendly. As someone from Kansas City, it was very exciting to find a shop that uses Oddly Correct coffee. I wish it wasn't so far away from me, but, I will be going back at some point. Do

Very fun place to go and relax after a long day of work. Enjoy a corner and sit and chat with everybody who loves coffee and books as much as they do. Love the art work on the wall and the games/reading corner down stairs in the basement area. Such a fun find in this fun little city.

My husband and I stopped in on a road trip for some coffee. Drinks were very fresh and delicious! Also, we loved the prayer board and the scripture on their chalk board. The workers were very friendly and it was refreshing to see a Christian environment alive and well. Hope they continue to do well!!

I liked the cold brew (good migraine relief!)I wish I could've come here again, though. Very charming place with a basement level! (With books!) There's a prayer wall sort of thing on the far south wall. That's pretty nice, if you are a Christian. (I am, so I liked it.) There's also a statue of hippy jesus outside. I had been looking for a week for good coffee in Kansas. Finally found it at Breathe in Hays, KS. Perfect coffee with just the right amount of cream. Also please get the crepes! So yummy.
