I’m concerned a staff intervention is needed at this location. It was not busy but staff struggled to do their jobs. They entered our order wrong initially, which was corrected before we paid. However, the woman working at the window (who had her tongue hanging out for some reason), vanished and a man appeared, trying to charge us a second time. We showed him our receipt and informed him we already paid. He then began roaring at the car behind us and told us to pull around because they were making us fresh fries. When we pulled over, there were two other cars waiting for food. The woman who rang us up then came to us and said we didn’t pay. We showed her the receipt and she apologized and went and got our food. The fries were not, indeed, fresh. Food was not bad but lukewarm.

My golly the price is a Burger King happened jumped drastically. It was $25 for two people to have two meals. The upcharge on a large coffee would like $0.80 and the upcharge for milk on the meal was $0.50. I was assuming that these were options that came with the meals. The tater tot crowns were greasy meaning that the oil was not quite up the temperature and it soaked into the tater tot. The croissants they were okay and I had the fully loaded one and it would not the greatest. We generally don't go to Burger King for breakfast but we wanted the crown tater tots. Normally we go to McDonald's and get our favorite things like the McGriddle which Burger King apparently does not have an equivalent to it. We had to wait around the corner to get our food because the eggs weren't ready. And this was super early in the morning. I got no cold foam because evidently they didn't have cold foam when they a specifically if I wanted cold foam. Overall I was quite disappointed and this morning breakfast and I feel that I just wasted $25 for no reason. I'm just not happy with $25 at all. The prices are ridiculously expensive I should have went to a sit down restaurant where I would have been waited on and served by someone. I hope that Burger King and all fast food restaurants get onto the trend of doing commercial air frying as a much healthier option and lower calorie. I also believe that it would be less labor-intensive and a greater profit margin for these companies. Human error causes people to pull fried food slightly early or leave it too long which can damage the product. I've in my crowns were slightly over griefy which means that the pry oil temperature was cool. If you can taste grease and oil then your crowns are not cooked properly.

Whatever you do, do not DoorDash from this Burger King. You do not get what you ordered, they will forget half of your order, and the food is subpar.

Staff was super friendly, gave our dog a pup cup for free! Food was hot and fresh, even though we had to wait a little for it.

First time going here, had to repeat my order 4 times then repeat my drink a second time. Heard them complaint to the other staff about it, very slow

The employees refuse to serve items that are visibly on the menu, and the GM appears to actively encourage this. Do you want to go somewhere and have a snarky minimum wage worker tell you off for ordering a burger from a burger restaurant? BK as a whole is only worth it when nothing else is open, so you tell me what it means when one is run poorly.

Very understaffed. the guys checking us out had food on his beard yuck! they were out of large patties so no whopper only chicken. we were so hungry after traveling we didn't care at the time. there were dead bugs all along the window seal.

Good food but they put a rotten piece of lettuce on my burger 2 days ago and me and my mom was like the only people there... other than that I've had no problem with eating there the last 3 years only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because of the rotten lettuce on a otherwise good burger..
