If I could give 0 stars that would be my rating. There was one waiter who didn't attend to my table. We sat for 20 minutes waiting to get our ticket. I needed a box and the waiter ignored us. And the restaurant wasn't busy. There were only 4 tables in the place.

The food and service have been excellent both times we've eaten here, and the atmosphere is lively and fun. Everyone, including my 2yr old daughter, loved the chips and salsa. Very reasonable prices and good sized portions too.

The place is very nice, the food is delicious but it’s a shame that there is a customer service guy who goes more than three times who takes my orders badly and gets angry as if it were my fault, today I took a wrong order and trying to fix his mistake I wanted to charge 20 dollars in taxes to an order of 23 dollars, he is a short Latin boy and has piercings.

This place is one of my top 3 for Mexican dining in Hays. The food has amazing authentic flavors and big portion sizes (usual leftover amount equals out to 2 additional meals) Every meal has been cooked to perfection and is very affordable. The staff are very kind and attentive which is always a plus in my book. The only downside is the place can be quite crowded. I use mobility aids from time to time and it’s impossible to move a walker around (if you have a wheelchair this place isn’t a great option)
Wheelchair accessibility: I don’t think think seating is ADA compliant. The parking spaces are hard to navigate if you use a walker let alone a wheelchair if all of the spaces are in use.
