We ate here when we stayed at the hotel. We were just hoping for an easy meal, but were pleasantly surprised that the food was pretty good! The tomato bisque had a good flavor. The margherita flatbread was decent (a bit too much mozzarella). The fusilli carbonara had a great flavor. The service was quick. I would recommend eating here.
WOW!! Didn’t expect such amazing room service in western KS! The Oink Burger was delightful and the salmon bowl was perfect. Kids’ chicken tenders, dumplings, and cheesecake were great, too. Super friendly and quick service, too!!! Most certainly would recommend this restaurant to hotel guests as well as locals!!

Booked a room for my mom visiting hays because my father is in the hospital. They blocked me out from using the app to check in and required me to visit the desk before a key is issued. I explained my mom is on the reservation and I will be paying for the room with the card from the app and Megan explained all she would need to do is show her ID and they would issue the key. Later when my mom visited the desk she was requested to insert her credit card prior to check in / receive the keys. This continued lack of respect and customer service will prevent me from using any Hilton branded hotels
If you cannot offer mobile booking they remove it all together. It’s not a difficult process

I absolutely love the environment and people. The bar is a nice place to sit after a long drive! Lobby is so beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The staff was super nice and if was very clean!! 100% love this place.
