We ate here when we stayed at the hotel. We were just hoping for an easy meal, but were pleasantly surprised that the food was pretty good! The tomato bisque had a good flavor. The margherita flatbread was decent (a bit too much mozzarella). The fusilli carbonara had a great flavor. The service was quick. I would recommend eating here.

WOW!! Didn’t expect such amazing room service in western KS! The Oink Burger was delightful and the salmon bowl was perfect. Kids’ chicken tenders, dumplings, and cheesecake were great, too. Super friendly and quick service, too!!! Most certainly would recommend this restaurant to hotel guests as well as locals!!

Booked a room for my mom visiting hays because my father is in the hospital. They blocked me out from using the app to check in and required me to visit the desk before a key is issued. I explained my mom is on the reservation and I will be paying for the room with the card from the app and Megan explained all she would need to do is show her ID and they would issue the key. Later when my mom visited the desk she was requested to insert her credit card prior to check in / receive the keys. This continued lack of respect and customer service will prevent me from using any Hilton branded hotels
If you cannot offer mobile booking they remove it all together. It’s not a difficult process

I absolutely love the environment and people. The bar is a nice place to sit after a long drive! Lobby is so beautiful and the rooms are spacious. The staff was super nice and if was very clean!! 100% love this place.

Such an amazing restaurant hidden away in Hays! Located in the Hilton Garden Inn. The service was top notch. Everyone was so friendly and catered to our every need. The food was absolutely delicious. Very easy to read menu and the food arrived in a timely manner. The pork belly was phenomenal and my wife ordered the ribeye(which was cooked absolutely perfectly. Any time I travel from here on out staying at this hotel or not we will be making a stop at this amazing location to eat!

One of the best Old Fashioned’s I have ever had. Food was awesome and service was great. Also one of the cleanest restrooms I have ever seen in a Hilton property. You could eat off the floor in the men’s room. I wouldn’t recommend it but it could be done. It was really that clean!!

We had high hopes for this property, given its new-ish. Front desk staff were friendly, free bottled water, and the room a/c worked great … but that was about it. As others point out, the property is strewn with dog feces outside - for a $50 pet fee, someone needs to pick these up. The p*** bag dispenser was also empty, which likely contributes to the problem. The room needed some attention, especially in the bathroom - the drain was slow, and the toilet paper holder loose. Breakfast also isn’t included - $10 per person minimum for continental.

This was our second stay here. This is a beautiful hotel, but somewhat neglected by the Hilton brand. The lovely saltwater pool was unavailable during our stay. Waiting for a part. An outside door was not working. Waiting for a part. Keurig pods were unavailable in our room. The hotel is dog friendly, with a $50 fee. But the grounds are strewn with dog feces. The room was very comfortable, but the overall experience gave a feeling of neglect. Hey Hilton! Don't forget about Hays, Kansas.
